These are the main fabrics we use to make flags and banners.

White 70 Denier Nylon: 
Nylon woven with Dupont 6.6 high tenacity Solarmax fiber. This nylon meets government standards and allows flags to move delicately with the wind.

White 200 Denier Nylon: 
This strongly built woven nylon looks resistant.

210 Denier Nylon:          
Nylon woven with Dupont 6.6 high tenacity fiber

White Knitted Polyester:
Polyester knit. A fabric known to offer high durability at a low price.

These are the material we use to make banners, streamers and pennants

13 Ounce Coloured Vinyl:
Thin vinyl used for indoor or outdoor streamers. Can only be used with self-adhesive lettering on one side only.

15 Ounce White Vinyl:
Thin vinyl used for outdoor streamers. Can only be printed on one side.

21 Ounce White Vinyl:

Highly resistant opaque vinyl for outdoor use.
Can be printed on both sides.
Generally used for streamers and banners.

The smallest flag size is 4" x 6" the larger flags are made by attaching small flags together.

Flags can have one or two layers. 99% of the time, the flags we make are only single layer as double-layered flags are heavier and cost twice as much.
